Imagination? This is not for leaders but for kids. Right? Playing pretend. Making a drawing imagining a rocket or a castle while our parents could not decipher anything. In our early days of life, we had boundless imagination. Unfortunately it ended there for many of us.

If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. - Bruce Lee

Innovation in business is accelerating at breakneck speed and with this comes newer and more difficult challenges. A lot of the companies we use everyday did not exist only a few years ago. Netflix has replaced the TV stations and cinemas. Uber is the biggest taxi company in the world, yet owns no cars. Air BnB is the biggest hotel in the world, yet owns no real estate. More and more companies and products are being created every day our of nothing.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand. - Einstein

Humanity is also facing incredible challenges and some of these challenges, like climate change are threatening the fate of humanity. Imagination is needed more than ever.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind a loyal servant. We have honoured the servant and forgotten the gift. - Einstein

In my coaching practice, I have observed that what is possible for people is often limited by their imagination. There is so much potential in them, yet they can't see it. One of my key tasks as a catalyst of transformation is to help people see all the potential greatness I see in them, hidden behind all the masks, all the fears and all the limiting beliefs.

Living a human life comes with lots of joys and also with lots of challenges. Often, the imagination of people is limited by their past wounds which have been translated in fears and limiting beliefs well anchored in their sub-conscious.

Until people have the courage to examine their fears and limiting beliefs, they will be controlled and limited by them. They will most often be in reaction mode and not in creation mode.

For most people, the most common fears are the fear of failure, the fear of not being good enough, the fear of not being lovable enough and the fear of not being worthy.

We were born perfect and will die perfect, in between, we are on a healing journey.

The good news is that we can completely control our imagination. As easily as we can imagine failure, we can imagine success. It is simply a mind shift. Although, not always an easy one.

We are the story we tell ourselves, why not choose to tell ourselves a positive story. A story that serves us and unlocks our true potential.

By overcoming our fears and limiting beliefs and allowing ourselves to be truly inspired, we can connect with the quantum field, the universal consciousness and become a channel for consciousness to create through us.

Through the faculty of creative imagination, the finite mind of man has direct communication with Infinite Intelligence. It is the faculty through which ‘hunches’ and ‘inspirations’ are received. It is by this faculty that all basic, or new ideas are handed over to man. It is through this faculty that individuals may “tune in,” or communicate with the subconscious mind of other men.”- Napoleon Hill

Through imagination, we can create a vision to transform our lives and our organizations and create a future discontinued from the past. We can also create breakthrough innovations and achieve unpredecented results.

Are you ready to unlock your imagination and become the creator of your life?

There are no limits.

If you can imagine it, you can create it.
