  • La Gare 5333 Avenue Casgrain Montréal, QC, H2T 1X3 Canada (map)

In the busyness of our lives with the ever increasing speed of everything which is accelerating everyday due to technology, it can provide an oasis of peace for us if we can embrace presence in our life.

How do we achieve presence?

What practices can we use to be more present to ourselves, to others, to life?

In this Satsang, Bhaskar Goswami will share his wisdom on Presence and will facilitate a dialogue circle so we can all share our wisdom.

"Some people feel the rain, others just get wet." - Bob Marley

Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "gathering together for the truth" or, more simply, "being with the truth." Truth is what is real, what exists. So all there is, is Truth. Whenever something increases your experience of the Truth, it opens your Heart and quiets your mind.

Bhaskar Goswami is originally from India and now lives in Montreal. He is a yoga and meditation teacher and is also certified as a naturopath. He also has a Masters in Electronic Engineering and his 10-year international engineering career provides him with a strong understanding of work-life balance. In 2007 he founded BODHI, a company dedicated to offering genuine wellbeing to people in workplaces. In 2016, he co-launched daana, a non-profit making wellness accessible to all by creating anonymous contribution activities around the world. He resides in Montreal West Island with his partner and daana co-founder Caroline Goyer, and three children Jai, Eva and Uma.
