He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Conscious Capitalism Inc. Raj is a award winning author. He has published ten books and over 100 academic articles. His work has been featured in the Wall Street journal, The New York Times, Fortune, Financial Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, CNBC and many other media outlets.
Co-author, Shakti Leadership - Embracing Feminine & Masculine Power in Business; and My Cancer is Me. Nilima is a Conscious Leadership and Integral Health expert. She facilitates personal transformation, gender reconciliation and diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She has 28+ years of global corporate experience. She has spent the last few years between India and the US, serving as guest faculty at the Whole Foods Academy for Conscious Leadership, Bentley University, Babson College and Esalen. She is also actively involved with supporting the Conscious Capitalism Movement and WIN.

Prior to this, she was Vice President, Public Affairs, Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and Achieving Excellence at Bombardier Aerospace. She began her career as a lawyer specializing in environmental law. She chairs the Board of Directors of Aero Montreal and she sits on the Board of Hydro Quebec and is very involved in the community.

As a Quebec leader in social innovation through BCorp Certification based on triple bottom line practices, Natalie works collaboratively with strategic partners to redevelop communities. She has been thinking outside of the “traditional” real estate box for more than 20 years of hands-on management. With her social work background, she has created a unique vision that uses real estate projects as a tool of economic development and urban regeneration.

He is one the most senior contact points for RBC clients working across the range of business lines of the bank. He is passionate about coaching and inspiring leaders across RBC and promotes a high-quality client experience across all RBC lines of business. Prior to joining Hydro-Québec, Mr. Filion worked 20 years in the aerospace industry and held several management positions in operations.
